BRECO M timing belts are manufactured as open endedbelts with bifilar, parallel tension members. The most common application is linear drives, in which rotary motor motion istranslated into linear movement.

Spliced & Welded Endless - Code V

Applications: Conveying

BRECO V timing belts are spliced and welded endless from open ended roll stock. The timing belt ends are joined together in a heat welding process. Virtually any length is possible and can be determined in one tooth increments. One half of the tension members transmit load in the weld area. Preferred for conveying belts, profiled belts, covered belts and general purpose applications.

Truly Endless - Code BFX

Applications: Power Transmission

BRECOFLEX BFX versions are manufactured as truly endless timing belts, resulting in timing belts with no interruptions or joints. Two bifilar tension members are helically wound throughout the timing belt for superior strength and true tracking. All tension members carry full load throughout the entire timing belt length.

ATN - CONVERTIBLE PROFILE TIMING BELTS

The timing belt technology with endless possibilities. BRECOflex CO., LLC. has developed a timing belt concept, which allows the customer to attach, interchange, or reconfigure timing belts in house or in the field with a multitude of profiles. This ATN technology provides for rapid and easy configuration of profiled timing belts with simple hand tools. The flexibility and simplicity of the ATN convertible profile timing belts easily accommodate the changing requirements of applications.

Standard welded-on profile belts are available as well. Large selection of weld-on profiles available.

We are proud to announce their newly expanded production facility for the domestic manufacture of made-to-order pulleys.

The perfect meshing of timing belt and pulley teeth is crucial for satisfactory performance and long service life of any belt drive. Therefore, sourcing both timing belts and matching timing pulleys from BRECOflex CO. as your single source provider is your assurance for perfect belt – pulley performance.

The CNC state of the art pulley manufacture allows for very precise machining standards, leading to superior product quality and quick product availability. We can provide finished precision pulleys made-to-specification, and stock pulleys, with pilot bores, for immediate delivery. Made-to-order pulleys are available with standard tooth gap and with reduced or zero (0) backlash tooth configuration. See Page 8 in the pulley catalog for details. The pulleys can be flanged as required by the application.

The purpose of pre-tensioning a belt is to maintain tension at all times throughout the belt during operation and depends on the belt drive type and peak loading. Minimizing pretension reduces bearing and shaft loading and preserves belt tensile safety factors. Minimum pre-tension is achieved when the belt does not sag or flap under peak running load. Maximum pre-tension is limited by the belt strength and machine design (shafts, bearings and frame).

The steel cord tension members are completely embedded in the polyurethane and protected against corrosion. Customized flat belts can be tailored specifically to individual application requirements. A variety of different carcasses and coating materials are available.
